Vortex has always been very prompt and receptive to calls for service. They also keep you apprised on their timing for repairs

On Monday I noticed my AC leaking and felt a little panicked. I called Vortex and they were able to have someone come out and replace my AC in a few days. All the employees were so incredibly kind. The installment was delayed a day because of the weather and they had a supervisor come to my home to inform me. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time without AC in the dead of heat in the summer. I was given a fair price for the new AC unit and free maintenance for a year and a warranty. This is a family owned business and I am very satisfied with my experience.

Dallas and Bill Jr. worked their buns off through the sweat and heat to get the job done. Great guys!
