Michael Kamaris came out to clean my father’s dryer vent today shortly after 10 a.m. He was prompt, professional, and very personable. He worked efficiently, was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to leave the area clean with no mess behind. My father had a great experience and will definitely be using Vortex again for his future dryer vent cleaning needs. We will also be requesting Michael for the job.

Our technician Brandt is fantastic. Very honest and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need which is not easy to come by in this industry. Much more knowledgeable than people from other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Instead of doing the bare minimum to get our system running again like the previous company did a few months prior, he went out of his way to fix the root cause of the issue to prevent it from happening again. I just wish I knew about Brandt years ago. Would’ve saved me a lot of money and headaches from dealing with less competent technicians and companies.
